This site and the processing of your data are governed by French and EU law (GDPR). This page is provided in English for convenience; the French-language version is the legally authoritative one.
In short: this site sets no cookies and uses no tracking tools. Two kinds of data processing exist: the contact form (sent directly by email) and business prospecting aimed at professionals, described below, with a right to object at any time.
Data collected
This site's contact form collects your name, email address, project type and the message you write. This information is used only to respond to your request.
How this data is processed
Data entered in the form is sent directly through your email provider (no server-side database, no automated storage). It's kept only as long as needed to handle your request, then deleted.
Legal basis
This processing relies on your explicit consent, given by checking the form's checkbox before submitting, in accordance with Article 6.1.a of the GDPR.
Retention period
Your data is kept only as long as necessary to handle your request, then deleted from our correspondence within a reasonable time.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase and receive a copy of your data, as well as a right to object. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@temiyo.com. You may also file a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
Business prospecting (professionals)
If you run a professional activity, we may contact you (business email, phone or message) to offer a website. Data controller: Théo Oliveira, TEMIYO, Muret, France, contact@temiyo.com.
Data: company or manager name, business address, phone, business email, notes from our exchanges. No sensitive data.
Source: public sources (directories, search engines, the company's own site) or direct contact with you.
Legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f GDPR), for an offer related to your professional activity.
Retention: three years at most after our last exchange, then deletion. If you object, we keep only a note of your refusal so that we do not contact you again.
Recipients: no third parties. Data is hosted in France (O2switch), with no transfer outside the European Union, in an area protected by password and two-factor authentication.
Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, at contact@temiyo.com, answered within one month. You can object at any time by replying "stop" to any message from us.
Cookies and trackers
This site uses no tracking cookies, no audience-analytics tools, and no fonts or resources loaded from a third-party server. No cookie consent banner is therefore needed.
Data sharing
Your data is never sold, rented or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
